I have bought an AMOR shawl at one of the retail stores, can I return it directly to AMOR?
No, if you have bought a shawl at an offline store, you should bring it back to the store itself.

If I want to buy an AMOR shawl, how can I find out whether it’s a thick/warm shawl or a thin shawl?

How should I treat my AMOR shawl? Can I put it in the washing machine?

Can I iron my AMOR shawl?
Most of our fabrics can be ironed. However, never iron the sequins or the embroidery! You can also find more information by clicking on materials and techniques.

I have received an AMOR shawl as a present, however I prefer another shawl, can I exchange?
If the person who gave the present to you bought it in at off line store, you should check with the store. If it has been bought from our own web shop: no problem! Please check our return policy by clicking on return and refund.
